Terms Of Service

By purchasing any of my art, you are automatically agreeing with these conditions.
Please read carefully before commissioning me.GENERAL
• I have the right to decline any project that I don't feel comfortable drawing.
• I will draw: Fanart, OCs, furry, NSFW ¹, animals, shipps/couples, backgrounds, real people, etc.
• I won't draw: Gore, mecha, hate speech, racism, homophobia etc.¹ I won't draw any depiction of real people such as celebritiesPAYMENTS
• I work with 50% upfront payment , and the last 50% after the approval of the finished piece. Around a week after the first 50% payment, I'll deliver a sketch so you can verify it (for complex illustrations/backgrounds, it can take longer, but I'll inform in advance if that's the case).
• Note that for sketch commissions, payment will be 100% upfront.
• Prices do not include platform fees.REVISIONS
• Throughout the entire process, I will send you "work in progress" files. ²
• Major changes will be free throughout the sketch and coloring phases (major changes include, posing, added props, clothing, composition, changing the colors completely, etc.).
• After the rendering process starts, any major changes will be charged an extra fee of 30% of the commission price, which is subject to increasing depending on the complexity of the change.² Not applicable for “surprise” style commissions, you will only see the artwork at the end in that case.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• The turnaround time for character art, is between 15 to 30 business days.
• The turnaround time for illustration art, is around 60 business days.
• The turnaround time is subject to increase for highly detailed work.
• In any stage of the process, I will only progress forward after your approval. If the commission is delayed due to customer lack of reply or multiple changes (in the case of custom designs which process may be long) a deadline extension will be requested.
• The images will have a specific ratio and size based on the composition/type of commission or based on your preferences.
• You will receive a high-resolution 300 dpi PNG file without a watermark, as well as a watermarked file.USE
• The customer is allowed to post the artwork with proper credit (example: Artwork by: JustGunter, IG: @/gunterjustgunter, justgunter.carrd.co).
• I will respect your request for privacy if you'd prefer me not to post your commission publicly.
• Privacy fee depends on the type of commission.
• Unless stated to be a private commission, I am allowed to use the illustration to: promote myself with it, display it (website, social media, portfolio, etc.).
• I only sell digital products. You will only be able to download the digital version of the final illustration. No physical copy will be sent to you. You may print the artwork for PERSONAL use only (you cannot sell it/make profit off of it).INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I reserve the right to NOT have my works sold or distributed as NFT's, or in any forms of AI databases. By uploading my works to such you are in direct breach of my TOS.
• The following is considered copyright infringement: reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (means making money off of it in any way); claiming the artwork as your own, removing my signature, altering the artwork without my consent.
• DO NOT use it for commercial if you haven’t commissioned me at a commercial price.
• By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Please ask beforehand if you wish to pay for Full Rights for Commercial Usage.REFUNDS
• I do not accept refunds once I have started working on the commission.
• I do not accept refunds if the commission has already been delivered.
• I only make refunds if I can't make your commission, for any reason.COMMUNICATION
• Communication must be clear, and provide as much detail as possible, to avoid any miscommunication or misdirection. If you’re unsure of anything, please ask directly.
• I’m not available during weekends or holidays (local and global holidays included).
• When sending a direct message to any of my platforms, or email, please state the subject on your first message. I will ignore any messages that only say “Hi”.
